I won't tell you about the 1 or 2 pots of electric drip that get make every morning along with my egg omletes made in the micro, turn the fridge over to AC. The wife can use her hair blower. If there tv reception watch some news. Plug the computer/ tablet/ phones in for charging and still have full batteries to do over the next day.
I have been keeping track since middle of Dec (since boondocking continuously) power made/ used by our system. Near the end of the year I'll post it to show a full years worth. Maybe someone on the fence of upgrading to solar might find it useful.

Moved towards Gardiner, MT on the out skirts of the northern entrance to Yellowstone.
There are protruding rocks sticking up so a little bit of maneuvering on the way in.
On the other side of the bushes is the Yellowstone River.
Views looking in either direction
Went for an evening drive into the mountains across the river from us and saw 3 dozen elk in one group before dark and didn't see the bull anywhere but a group that large I'm sure he wasn't far from them.
Still looking for bears maybe this time
Enjoy

We have one of those in addition to the Melitta. I bought the Melitta for the low price and good reviews. She bought the Coleman because it works more like an electric. Then I had to buy the Coleman stove.

"10 cups" probably means 3 normal cups right?
For Emergency Use, those Folgers coffee singles, sort of like a tea bag, work pretty well. They are damnably expensive for what it is. Even freeze dried is better than No Coffee. I'm no coffee snob, I like it all. I grind beans, roast beans, whatever it takes. I had a Keurig for a while. Tasty, convenient, but the machines are junk. Have to slap them around to them to work and the coffee comes out to 40 bucks + a pound. That's the next problem. Even a "pound" of coffee in the grocery store is now 12.227 ozs. What a bunch of nickel****ers.
