You asked about the rubber plug in the roof....perhaps a gumball/light bar/warning light wire-hole plug??
I just put Energy Suspension core support bushings in my truck; mine were different than yours are. Mine had no washers; just bushings. I stripped the washer off the old bottom bushing for reuse but did not put a steel washer between the top bushing and the core support. I did have the square washer with the + in it. I was able to get some torque on the fastener but not more than a few pounds until I can replace the bolt - my left bolt is half of the cross section due to rust. The bolt sacrificed but the core support is in A1 shape! Gotta hurry; there's a Gal named Irma coming to see us.....
NICE color choice, by the way!

Thanks Humphrey that really helps.

I'm missing a few things for sure, so I'll have to order those to get that bolted back together correctly. Hopefully i'll get motivated again soon, and finish up my list of parts to order. Go ahead and get them from Bronco Graveyard all at once.

Very nice, Josh! That line looks crisp; what tape did you use?

3M blue tape from Home Depot. It was about 5$ a roll.

And thank you. It's not as straight as I wanted, but it's not bad. I think it will line up better with some new Body Bushings under the cab.

That looks nice! My next truck is going to be a long bed crew cab like this, I really like that style.

That is next on my list. I started with the Core Support bushings but had to skedaddle for Hurricane Irma before getting to the cab bushings.
While I have the seat and carpet out, I am getting the seat foam fixed.Fortunately, my seat fabric is in real good shape; only the trim piping has a wear spot.

The interior of mine is a disaster. I haven't put it back together yet since having the whole truck torn apart.

I finally got to drive the truck on Sunday. First time in 5 years it's been on the road. I've got a few things I need to address before getting it in for state inspection. But hopefully I can do that this week.

The maiden voyage was good, just had some lose bolts which led to a minor shimmy that we later fixed.

Some equals Every tie rod bolt in the front end.

But it's been years since I put those under there, and completely forgot that I left them loose to do the alignment before driving it.

Haven't gotten to drive it much. Still fiddling around with the interior stuff, just trying to get it cleaned up for now. Still lots to do on it.

I've ordered a Catalytic Converter- just a generic one from flow master along with some clamps for a 3 in pipe.

Quick question now:

What is the BEST exhaust header gaskets. Everyone I've tried leaks. It's running some long tube HEDMAN headers on it right now, I think with fel-pro gaskets. The gaskets only seem to last a short while, then they all start to leak.

I'm thinking something like a lead gasket or a really thick gasket might be the trick. Just not sure what is working for everyone?

Maybe I just need to toss the headers and get a better set?

So another update.

It's always had a slight miss. I don't think it's just one thing, but several different things. Since I'd never had the fuel rail off I wanted to pull it to take a look.

I've never seen injectors come out quite like this:

Oh another question: Are BDS injectors any good, or should I keep looking? found a set that listed the part number:

E8TE-B1C - 80.00$

Current ones are: E8TE-B1C

Is it designed to come out like this? The seal kit I looked at showed these as separate parts.
