No left rear turn signal, need diagram

Just like it says, front works, rear doesn't, no fire coming out of the cowl wiring to the rear. No way to troubleshoot this further without a wiring diagram of at least the turn signal circuit.

Anybody have that diagram?

Need to use the truck this w/e and it needs an inspection. I really don't have time for this...ugh.

Thanks

Thanks, Bill. Had replaced it from one from Carpenters in the last couple years, think it may be the culprit, but want to diagnose before I spend another $50.
A buddy is sending me the diagram from a '66, hopefully that will be close enough. Wiring in this is in remarkably good shape. We're the same age and I wish my wiring worked as well!

There are 3 wires that go from the firewall to the rear of the truck.

1 is for tail lights, license plate etc.

The other 2 are left-right share brake and turn signal. If you have brake lights on both sides the bulbs have power.

It sounds like the culprit may be in the turn signal switch (wiring). Since you changed it it might be possible that there is a loose connection in that area.

As aggravating as it may be it is likely simple.

Thanks Dave, this should help tremendously. My buddy had one that was obviously incorrect. Showed the horn hooked into the left front turn signal among other errors.

This has taken a back seat to another problem...house A/C is dead and it's supposed to be in the high 90's all week. Parts hopefully here Tuesday. Fortunately we have a pool and a backup "house" in the form of a 33' camper.
