Vacuum Diagram Photo Thread

All the diagrams in one place
Considering how many of the Bullnoses were built it's ridiculous how hard it can be to find a particular vacuum diagram. Having a complete organized set of vacuum diagrams (for all combinations of year, engine weight rating, location, etc.) all in one place seems like common sense.

Yep; I didn't like it at first, but...now I do. I think it'll look really fine when I repaint with the same colors. I'm hoping I can find somewhere where I can get a single-stage enamel paint job. A good one; the old paint's worn? through in many places. I like the look of basecoat-clearcoat much less, and I've heard that requires MORE maintenance in some ways.

Duplicate diagram rational
I'm thinking that if I find the same vacuum diagram on multiple trucks the same year, with the same permutations of features, the more likely it is that that diagram is the right diagram for that combo. of features. My mechanic thinks I have the wrong diagram underhood, but it's seeming more likely it's the correct one. He's been looking high and low for a vacuum diagram for my truck, but I think we may be wasting our time with the correct one right under our noses. (Which I'd really prefer not to do.)

Gary,
Below is a VECI (VEHICLE EMISSIONS CONTROL INFORMATION DECAL).
There is some explanatory text.
The number E4AE 9C485-ACB is similar in format to a FORD ENGINEERING PN. It is a actually a Publication PN that can allow ID/reorder.
E4AE is the Prefix (in this instance 1984 FORD PASS CAR)
EDIT- While the Prefix (in this particular instance) calls out a 1984 FORD PASS CAR APP, it may/can also be found on other vehicle(s) that share the exact same engine emissions calibration.
9C485 is the Publication Basic PN (most decals will have Basic PN's)
ACB is the PN Suffix and narrows the decal application to this one particular vehicle. EDIT Should read particular engine emissions calibration
The basic 9C485 you found in the MPC is a Service PN released as a kit (called a Campaign Kit). It is an emission update for a certain vehicle. Usually these will be in a TSB form.
Does this help at all? This is specific to the 1984 Model Year (in this instance). Form varies by year/period.
