49 F1 cowl vent rubber replacement

Any one done this?

Pretty easy actually, Comes out from the inside of the cab. Make sure to keep track of where the bolts and spacer go.

Not sure exactly what you mean? it pulls out to the outside. You have to disconnect the linkage inside, otherwise it's all outside.

Aren't they all the same? On my COE there was no way was that coming out to the outside.

Got it done!!

Got the rubber installed tonight. Thought I was going to need two more sets of hands getting the rubber in the right place and getting it to stay there. The tutorial helped greatly. Anyone know how to adjust spring bolt on cowl vent properly? Next is the window seals, did the passenger side earlier this year now doing the drivers side.
