Performance add-ons for 65.7 diesel
Hi All
Does anyone know about these DURAMILEAGE MODULES, 2011-2016 Powerstroke 6.7L Power Module. I am interested in trying one out. I am getting pretty much 16mpg on average and if I could get better performance and mileage without jeopardizing the engine I want to try something. Are there other trusted products out there ?

Hmm. Considering the dpf back exhaust runs about $250, it's not a bad value if it works.
Question is, does it work and what's the duty cycle that they tested it at?
Does it place higher load/stress or higher demands on the injectors and would they burn up prematurely? Does it overtax the fuel pressure regulator?
It's at least interesting and I hope a few people give opinions.

They are nothing but fooler boxes. Back in the old days, fooler boxes were pretty much all that was out there. But those diesels didn't have near the amount of electronics and emissions controls that the 6.7L has.
Anything that claims a 20%+ fuel mileage bump is pretty much a lie.
On a side note, if you plan to keep all the stock emissions equipment intact, do NOT add performance enhancers. You're just asking for trouble down the road.

Most chips and tuner modules are actual calibration rewrites, and are the best ways to add power. Actual coding in the calibration is changed, but it still works hand-in-hand with existing parameters and doesn't alter sensor readings. Depending on the vehicle, some big power gains can be had while keeping a more stock feel to how it behaves.
Fooler boxes don't have anything to do with coding calibrations. They simply take sensor readings, intercept them, and alter the signal in order to fool the PCM. As a result the PCM thinks that a sensor reading is off, and then attempts to compensate. Sometimes these alterations can cause the vehicle to behave erratically.
The Duramileage module is a fooler box. They are junk hardware, cheaply made, and don't deliver near the claims the sellers make.

5-Star tunes have proven themselves at both adding power and improving fuel economy. For that matter, so has Opti-Lube Summer Plus fuel additive and AR6200 fuel additive. I was getting 20 mpg on my daily commute until I retired at the end of April. A couple of days ago, I took a 140 minute round trip to Costco, reset the trip meter as I had been towing, drove secondary roads with max speed limit of 50 and got 22.8 mpg for the trip.
I am running the 5-Star Daily Tow tune, Opti-Lube Summer Plus, AR6200, AR9100 with 5W40 synthetic oil and the aFe Pro Guard 5 replacement air filter. The 5* tune changed my regens from 350-400 miles to 500 miles.
