John,
I just went to a local locksmith and they made me one for $3 dollars. You can have anyone make you one, like Home Depot, Ace Hardware etc.
It will unlock the doors and lockable storage but will not start the truck.
I then got a Hide-a-key and will place it somewhere on the outside of the truck but have not figured out where yet. I am also thinking about using a black zip tie instead of the Hide-a-key. That would definitely hold it better than a small magnetic box... as long as you have a knife to cut the tie!
It really gives me peace of mind knowing if I lock my keys inside to use the keypad and something electronic goes haywire, I can still get I to the truck.

Ordered a .5° camber bushing and a couple Denso COP's off of Rock-auto. Installed the bushing Thursday and had my Neighbor/Friend which works at Firestone take my truck for an alignment check. Much improved compared to a couple weeks ago. 90% of the front end is new, only need passenger tie rod, drag link and steering arm.

Denso COP is same as OEM Motorcraft, except less expensive.

Moog box with SPC bushing. SPC is high quality stuff in the Import alignment market.

Whew... Glad that's done. This was far from the most difficult thing I've ever done, but it required some very awkward bending to get it done.

The coin organizer is gone...

For now, my red lighting in the grille is on #4 and that's it. Eventually I will have a 20" bar in the bumper cutout on #1 and some flush mount LED flood pods in the rear bumper on #2. #3 I will probably wire to the interior lights in the cap once it's installed, but that's just until a better idea comes along.

You can modify a 2005+ lower console to fit. Not sure about wiring the switches in though.

Swapped on my 'new' wheels/tires from Craigslist...

Found a set of take-offs with practically new Michelin LT275/70R18 tires; wheels are identical, but in much better shape.

Washed it too...

New front calipers and brake pads (both sides) on my 06. Damn Ford has some good threadlocker on the caliper mounts!

Changed the primary radiator to a Mishimoto. I'll take a pic later forgot to snap some as I was going along.

On my '04 I got used to keeping my wallet in that pocket, and I really liked it there. I wouldn't have installed these in my '04. But the coin organizer in the newer trucks is pretty pointless UNLESS your commute is on one of these turnpikes where you have to stop and deposit $.35 every 20 miles. Then I could see laying out all of your tolls before your trip.

On my '04 I put four generic switches over to the left of the steering wheel on that thin strip between the dash bezel and the panel that hides the fuse box.

Added a Thule rack on the cab to carry the Kayaks and put on the Bestop Supertop for Truck to give the dogs someplace to ride on the way back from the dog park.

Gave it a Father's Day present!
Wash, Clay Bar, Polish, and a coat of wax.
No more pine sap, road tar, dead bugs, etc...

It's now a target for every BIRD in the neighborhood!

Hooked up to the gooseneck for the first time in a truck other than a flatbed. pulled it with ease and didn't even notice it back there.
