Exclamation Small debris or shavings in pan with Pics

Dropped the trans pan today on my '01 F250 7.3 with the 4R100 auto trans and found metal shavings/debris. I'll be calling a trans shop tomorrow to discuss, but wanted to get some more opinions on the severity of this. Please see the attached/linked pictures and let me know what you think. Long time lurker, thanks for all the great info.

Welcome to FTE.

My guess is that stuff used to be a needle bearing.

My other guess is the trans has to come apart, so figure on a rebuild. With the bearing coming apart (if my guess is correct) other components are damaged as well.
