5100's on a Superduty is about as good as it gets, unless you install a tunable shock.

A tunable shock, like say the RS9000XL? With 9 different levels of adjustabilty to get the ride YOU want? Or are you talking a shock where you remove the valve stack and "tune" that?

My new 2016 F250 FX4, however, is a different story. It rides very rough to the point of my family complaining they don't want to ride in it anymore.
Would the RS9000XL help me get my F150 ride quality back? If so, what setting? (BTW, I don't know how the RS5000 ride is so website isn't that helpful)

I don't know what you use your truck and you had asked specifically about Bilstein's but I decided on Monroe Sensitrak's all the way around and mine rides amazingly well now (I was tossing the Bilstein vs Rancho debate around as well) . I do not use mine for off road work other than I drive on gravel roads to our acreage so I cannot say if they would be any good in a real off road environment.

XXXXXX 9000's .. 9 independent adjustments. 9 adjustments.
So every time I have a change in my driving habits I can adjust my shocks to give me the best overall performance .. Every time .. So is that Firm in the front and Soft in the back, or is it Firm-Firm or Soft-Soft .. Medium front and Soft in back .. or ..
I'm confused, Arn't there HD Shocks that can automatically adjust according to the changes in road conditions .. without laying under our $60,000 truck to do it manually.
IDK ..

I told them the other day, leave daddy's truck alone. It's got OK ride for me!

It won't ride like an F-150 but the shocks will be an improvement on your F250.
I like a softer setting around a 4 or so for the front. In the rear a bit firmer, especially if towing.
Another thing that sets us apart
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AND 90-DAY RISK-FREE RIDE OFFER

I used to have a 2004 F150 2WD. The ride was fantastic over rough roads with no bounce.

If only Rancho 9000s came zinc coated like the Bilstein 5100s. The white will be brown after a few years where I live. That was the deciding factor for me. But I would have preferred the meater 9000s. I put the 5100 on a stock 08, 250. They rode as good as a 3/4 ton truck can ride. Im ready to install something new on my 11. Do 9000s come zinc coated yet?
