How do I price my EX?
I love my EX but I really need a truck rather than an SUV. My issue is, how do I price my 2005 EX XLT V10? KBB and NADA show one price, but when I look at multiple online classified/auto sites, the prices are much higher. Is it a sellers market? It's completely stock, v10, clean, 102K miles, and rust free. I see beat up ones for 7000 to like new ones for 20000 and they are 2005 xlt v10's. Guidance would be appreciated, thanks!

I would imagine around $15k would be a good listing price. my 02 has 92k miles and is very clean. I would expect to get top dollar for it and not give it away. you can`t go by any of the books because they are giving a normal price. the X can be a desirable vehicle for the right person. don`t give it away!

Is it 4x4? There is a healthy premium for 4x4 vs 2wd in a vehicle like this. However, if it is as clean as you say, take very good pics after detailing it and ask just a bit less than the most comparable one you can find on whatever site you sell it on, you will get calls. There are many flavors of XLT running around though, from near Limited trim, to no carpet stripped out versions, so options may play a role in its pricing, but condition is key.
