V10 radiator fan FELL OFF while driving

V10 radiator fan FELL OFF while driving
Bad news: Radiator fan fell off while driving tore up fan blades.
It is going to take them a week to get the parts!
Good news: My extended warranty is good for 10 more days!
So the fan and fan clutch need replaced.
Should I insist that they replace the serpentine belt that rubbed on fan (50,000 miles on belt, original belt) and the water pump?
It put a good dent in the radiator but didn't puncture it.

I would be more concerned about the radiator leaking in the future than the water pump. Of course the pump should be checked but any damage to the radiator could create a weak spot that will eventually crack and leak, at least it should be noted for possible future replacement under warranty even if expired.

Never heard of that. The radiator fan mounts to the water pump...I think that's why Chuck suggested replacing it. The threads run counter to the pulley rotation, I have no clue how that could even happen.
And yes, you want to replace the radiator. A few heat cycles and a thousand miles later it could fail, overheat, and cost you your engine under the wrong circumstances.

As said before request both a pump and a radiator and if they don't replace them ensure they note it on the service record and ensure you have it in black and white so when it fails and it will you have it on record. On a warranty the dealership does not pay for it it goes against Ford Motor Company so they should have no issue with doing it anyway.

If it were my truck I would be insisting that anything that fan could have possibly touched in its flight be replaced, no matter the condition, if they don't want to I would make them put it in black and white and note every thing possible...same for the belts, if any thing has rubbed at the high speeds of the engine (depending on the truck any where from 500 - 5K RPM just even a small brushing can cause the belt to weaken and before you know it SNAP goes the belt...all it takes is a split second... Just ask how i know...

I was writing it with the assumption that it was an ESP covered truck, however I am not sure if that was even stated by the OP so information is some what limited in that respect but I agree with you Tom, but if it were me and it was a ESP covered truck thats what/how I would be going about the repairs, if its not, I would be going slightly different but I also have the ability to fix some things my self, as far as the OP no mention of the OP's abilities were mentioned so I also have to partly assume that the skill if applicable is minimal to none unless the OP can clarify that part
