ISO: C-series for a ramp truck build

Guys, I'm new to FTE, but not to trucks. Learned to drive in a '73 Scout II and my first car was a '79 F-150 4x4 that my brother now owns.
I currently have a '51 Dodge Power Wagon, a BMW M5 and a commuter minivan for fun.

I'd like to build or buy a single car hauler for personal use. I'm looking at building something along the lines of the orange Parnelli Jones ramp truck (but more realistically like the black truck in this link).

Requirements:
C-600 or C-6000 (or <26k GVW)
Rust-free, straight cab
125-140" WB
Road gearing capable of 70mph highway speeds

Desires:
Diesel engine
Power Steering
Ramp bed
Close to SE Michigan
Well-maintained chassis

My budget is flexible depending on how many of the above are satisfied. I would like to get a truck with at least a Diesel or ramp bed. I'm ok with swapping in one of those but both is a bit too much work.

Please let me know if you have any leads on potential trucks. Also please let me know if any of my needs or desires are unobtanium so that I can adjust my plans and expectations.

Thanks!
Michael
