Tank troubles. Need advice

Hey guys. I've figured out what may be the root of all my problems (minus the poppet problems I'm having). I have white silt in my tanks, and it's getting slightly clogged at the pre filter screen on the fpr (dunno the actual name). But I know that's why my engine isn't getting the fuel it deserves. I am wondering if there is a single tank I can get for my truck. It's a shortbed. Or would you just recommend going with dual tanks? Also, should I replace lines while I'm at it? Other items to check? It's not getting fully clogged, nor is it getting past my fuel filter, so I know it's not getting into the engine itself, thank goodness. Any advice?

You can use a 40 gallon Bronco tank. Many use it to add capacity but you could also delete a tank and just use it. It replaces the rear tank

Or do what I did and add a 07 f350 44 gallon rear tank. Some fab work but worth it.

take off tank while empty, fill tank with few hand full of rocks and seafoam and shake it a lot, even better if you can put in bed of another truck and drive down some bumpy roads for a bit. then drain out rocks n rinse out well with solvent

I have done this on quite a few tanks ranging from 68 nova, tillers, tractors, street bikes, and more

I have my front tank out currently and am in the same situation. I got most of the crap out that had broken loose but there is significant rust and crap from the half way point and higher. Short of doing what Adam said and then sealing the holes and flipping it upside down, what would be the best way to get the crap off?
