Yes. It will still bury the boost gauge if I try. I really wouldn't push it past that though as I didn't want to toast the turbo.

Well heck... I don't need to fix my up pipes to fix my boost problem. I'll just get stage 2's!

Looking good Todd

The stock turbo will be over spinning and start to stall around 37psi. and become a paper weight after a couple time of that. I know this cause those 180/80's were mine and I trashed my turbo with them even after bts cut back the stageII tuning.

P.S. I hit 43psi with stock turbo.

Thanks Mike!

Yeah you really didn't need much to sky rocket the stock charger. Here's a vid of when I first got them in. Still had the e4od in it. I think my tuning was a lot less aggressive than yours. I wasn't anywhere near WOT in this either.

As someone who got the chance to drive Todd's truck, I can assure you it was running well!

Looking good, Todd! Got it done yet? Lol. Jk.

I wasn't saying it wasn't running well. Just pointing out the potential that's left because of the tuning and stock turbo. I always had a issue with being smokey because of the stock turbo that was the reason I keep having the tuning cut back.

Oh I know you weren't saying that. I wasn't saying it either. Lol. I was comparing to my junk that can't get out of its own way. An unfair compaison Lol.

Yes I agree there was much being left on the table in the configuration it was in. It will be a real beast when it's all said and done.

Keep on it Todd, it's gonna be well worth the effort when your all done!

Wow. How do you get such fast boost? Mine is slow and lucky to hit 20. More like 15. I even added a custom wheel from rifraff.

There are quite a few factors in this, but the main one is much bigger injectors than stock. It's a viscous cycle with mods, reliability and budget.

Glad it did! I knew I wasn't hi off my rocker. Looking back i know we did a few with hoist, the majority were done with a gantry over the truck for that exact reason. Glad you got her out!

Boy was I glad as well. Not that it would have been hard to drop the trans as I had everything else out of the way. However, that day turned into a much longer day than I thought and I didn't want more work than needed. Ended up going to buy 1/2" extensions at Oreillys just in case. 36", 24" and 28" for 25 bucks is hard to beat.

Watching those vids are going to make me spend money that I don't have!

My buddy pulled his engine with the E4OD and transfer case attached. Not sure why.
