2012 Ford F-250 Battery Positive Post Screw...

Does anyone know where I can buy an M5 x .8mm x 1-3/4" screw for to tighten the positive post on my battery in my truck??
The screw just broke off and ruined both of the batteries so I went to Ford to replace the batteries but they don't stock this screw and I can't seem to find this same screw to replace!!! I replaced this screw with a similar screw until I find the exact match to replace... If anyone has this screw or knows where to find I'd gladly pay with no problems!!!
Thanks and I appreciate help in this matter!!!

If your local Auto Parts doesn't have any check your local Hardware or building center. Most of them have a good supply/selection of fasteners.
Amazon has them too but you have to buy 25 or more pieces.

Hello rdlouks... Thanks so much for you comment and I have found this screw that your talking about positive post screw!!! The problem is that screw that broke off had a square that fits directly into the battery fitting so that is the problem... I've checked everywhere that I could think to find this screw and have been unsuccessful... This is just crazy where Ford puts this type of part on your truck and they don't stock this item!!! Very crazy to me!!! Thanks again and I appreciate all your input!!! Have a great Sunday!!! Larry

Are you speaking of this bolt?

Bolt used to clamp the terminal

It appears to be a carriage bolt, or a carriage bolt would work just fine. Here is a link to Amazon that has many to choose from. You should be able to find one that will work.

Hello rdlouks...
Your are for sure "The Man" with the correct answers and a million words of thanks for being so kind in this matter!!! The link on Amazon and that was exactly what I needed...
I searched everywhere and finally realized that it was a carriage bolt but everybody had the M6 and nine had the M5 carriage bolts... After going to the link that you sent me in Amazon and the 40mm length would work out just great so I ordered 10 bolts from Amazon!!!
Thanks again rdlouks for the time that you spent and so much appreciated!!!
Have a wonderful Sunday!!!

Best Regards to a nice Guy!!!
