Recently checked over by the local professional restaurant appliance dealer/repairer, this little-used slicer is ready for a lifetime of performance.
Power cord has been replaced since photos were taken.
Hard-to-find sharpening stone set can be seen stowed-away in it's storage pocket.
If you're looking for a rock-solid slicer with the power to support all your slicing needs, don't let this one get away. Price can be somewhat negotiable, however if you know professional equipment you know the 1612 is worth every penny. Coupled with having been recently serviced, this is a solid investment.
