Question Pegged 2 the Max Turbo Gauge

So have a 13 F250 with 51K and added the EGR/DPF delete about 400miles ago with no issues. I recently about 3days ago also started using the tuner to monitor the engine to get more familiar with its values. On my way home today which was 3 hours away I noticed my turbo boost gauge was pegged to the max. I pulled over and nothing changed. I throttled the engine and could tell I wasn't getting any turbo. Then the engine light came on and pulled the code P0107. I went ahead and reset it and started it back up, which I got my turbo back. With it back I decided to try and drive on and on the drive home for about 20 miles it was jumping up and down sporadically anywhere from 0-25psi, then it seemed to go away. I had good boost when asked for it and needle was steady. Need this truck to run for another 200K. Ive searched the threads for other ideas. Any other thoughts be appreciated.
