Just wondering what others have done to mount their spare under the bed in the back? I'm assuming there's some brackets I can source from the wrecker's yard? Also if I go with the spare under the back does that mean my dual exhaust is going to have to exit in front of the tires?

 

Not my truck... but I like the concept. Don't forget to add a drain hole.

 

What's the tub out of? An old station wagon?

 

I have no idea... wouldn't be too difficult to fab from scratch.

 

I like that set up. It keeps the tire a little more out of sight, and it's a lot more handy than crawling under the back end.

 

New here, but here is some pics of stock spare tire rack. How it is mounted to frame, and second pic has all the parts on floor. Mine are in getting powder coated, so can't give you dimensions. Hope this helps.
