1960 F100 Custom Cab seat cover
I have a 1960 F100 Custom Cab that is two tone Goldenrod Yellow and Corinthian White. I want to upgrade the current seat cover, which is not original. The seat frame looks like the original though. From my literature check for the 1960, it looks like the custom cab had "striped woven nylon -Saran upholstery with gray vinyl bolster and seat facings". Was this the same for all custom cabs or did the colors match the vehicles paint code? Mine is painted IAW the data plate. The picture in the ford promo booklet looks white with a reddish weave on the seat back and seat. Does anyone know of a company that sells a repro seat cover that is close to the original?
Thanks
Doug.

I called and spoke to SMS. They said that the Saran weave plastic is a set multi-color, as shown in the picture above. She said the main colors made it reddish. The other vinyl was a light gray color. Does this sound right? I was not around back then to remember if a truck would have a matching seat cover to the paint?
