I measured the amp draw on my batteries--.3 amps. Either your problem has gone away or you had a bad battery or two. .2 amps is very normal.
Another thought==you could have an intermittent (oh no!!) problem. Typical failures that cause these problems are relays with contacts that occasionally stick in the closed or on position, or an intermittent capacitor or other electronic device in a timing circuit. This could allow one of the timed power off circuits like interior lighting to turn on and off without you knowing about it.
But, I suggest you hook up your batteries and drive it normally and see if you still have a problem. Even batteries that test good, can have internal problems. You might have had a bad battery.

I just replaced the batteries because this problem kept discharging them and finally killed them. I cleaned the connections before I put it back. I checked all the lights and unplugged the hood light. It has something to do with that 5 amp fuse because when I unplug it the amp draw goes down to 0.02 amps which I think is probably about what it should be. I haven't worked on the truck lately and it stays inside out of the weather most of the time. If I leave the batteries connected they will discharge in just a few hours.

Power draw
Hi fellows, I hope you can help me. This is on a f250 diesel, 2001. I have a battery drain problem. When I hook my amp meter I get o.33amps draw. I pulled all the fuses one at a time and when I pulled fuse #15 (5amp fuse) under the dash it went to 0.02amps. So from this I am guessing this is where the problem is. My book says it controls, stop lamp switch, GEM, PCM, 4wABS, brake shift interlock, cluster and pcm keep alive memory. So my question is how do I find the problem from here? How do I even eliminate these to narrow down my search?
hi there I've got a f250 xlt 2004 with the same issue just following what you found as a fault pls help

Just saying, there is always a draw on the truck when it sits. It has to remember who it is.
How old are your batteries. How fast does it drain down? Have you cleaned all your grounds completely? Are your brake lights indeed off? Cab and bed llight etc.
When did it start/did you work on anything just prior?
Paint a good picture and stuff will pour in here.
Static battery voltage will help a little.
