81-86 POWER DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR

I was wondering where you can get good replacement door lock actuators for a 81-86 bronco/ truck.

Here is the listing from the parts catalog. Looks like E1TZ 10218A42-B and E1TZ 10218A43-B are the original ones used for all of these trucks. But, they were replaced by the 1987 E7TZ 15218A42-A and 3-A. But, that apparently requires E1TZ 14A412-C, which is WIRE ASSY. (POWER DOOR LOCKS). I don't understand that because that's the LH wiring harness for an 80-86, so that would already be in place. In other words, it may not be a pug-in situation if you use the '87 actuator.

I used this from Summit Racing when installing power door locks in my 86 F-150: Dorman Power Door Lock Actuators 746-147 - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing

They're holding up fine after more than 5 months of use.

Dorman makes the lock actuators. I used them on a '82 F150 that I'm doing the Coyote engine swap in, he wanted power locks and it didn't have them but the doors that he had installed off a '92 truck had some that were bad. But we got it listed for a '82 and they worked perfectly.

Yea I already looked up the 81 part number and nothing. I found a few 89 actuators, but my problem was the plug and play aspect of it. I'll have to do some more digging!
