I know it's a 2150 on my 1979 Ford F 150 with a 302, but there is no tag on it. Only the 1.21 stamp for the bowl size as far as I can tell. Is there other way to ID it, or do I just order the carb kit and hope for the best?
Thanks,
The only differences in a 2150 for the most part are on the outside. But, I normally just buy semi universal kits. Good for rebuilding 2100 and 2150. never had a problem yet.

I've always done the same thing. You get a few extra gaskets and stuff, but that's not a big deal. Keep the old parts and make sure you replace them with the same new part. I've rebuilt several without looking at a tag and haven't had an issue yet.
