f550 dually wheels rusted stuck

I need help bad. I have a 2008 f550 service truck i use for work. I need to replace the rear brakes but can not remove the rear wheels because of the rust. I sprayed penetrating oil and a sledge an no luck. Also tried driving around with the lug nuts loose and nothing. So i took the truck to a tire place and they tried the same things and even tried pulling on wheels with a forklift and still no luck. Both sides are like this and can't get a single wheel off. Another other ideas? only thing I could think of is drive a little faster while turning with lug nuts loose but don't want to risk having a wheel fall off

They are stuck to the center of the hub, took my 04 F-450 in for rotation and they like to have never got the two outside wheels off. Clean as much rust off the hub center as you can then soak them with penetrating fluid and let them set over night. drive a wood wedge between the wheels then beat on the other side with a sledge hammer. Once you get them off put anti seize on the hub to prevent the wheels from sticking again.

You need to use a specific rust oil Like PB Rust Buster sold at most of the auto stores. You also need to keep it saturated as much as possible , recoat as often as you can in 24 hours . Take a large mallet and rap on the wheel to setup a vibration and let the oil penetrate. Last resort is a Hot Wrench, warming up the center of the wheel not the hub and constantly tapping on the wheel. Use a heavy rubber mallet if they are nice wheels.

Beating on a huge chunk of rubber won't do it. Rubber is an isolator for vibration. You have to get the wheel to move to get it loose.

Like Destroked 450 said clean of any rust that you can get at on the hub. Then heat up the rim to get it to expand then beat the rim with a sledge hammer. My guess is these rims have not been off since the truck left the factory.
Before putting back on clean everything up real good then use never-size. on all surfaces.

Beating on the rim was only bending the rim and you can't hit the outside rim from the back side so we beat on the tire losing some vibration but gaining leverage being farther out and able to hit from the back side of the tire. Still took two people about 10-15 minutes for each wheel.

Mine had only been on for little over a year but where put on dry and had gone through two winters. Never seize is your friend when it comes to hub pilot wheels.
