Yeah I think I need to rethink how much to pay for one of these. Guys thank you so much for the input. I'm still going to go see this truck that is here in OKC. Not going to take it home but just to look it over and to feel out the guy on the price.
Last summer when my truck burned up and I was forced to get another because my 5th wheel was in a campground 2,000 miles from home my wife asked me what my search should include. I said 96-97, no rust and low miles. She only came up with 3 in a three state area, Mi, Oh and In. I ended up paying $11,750 for this with 90K on the clock. Note: boat not included, LOL

That's a damn good deal! I remember I thought it was high until you said 90k! Brother paid the same for a very clean 4x4 ECLB SRW 140k and I thought he got a good deal....

I have to say 4 years after acquiring mine I'm prob more in love than when I got it. I waited my buddy out for 6 years before that. I actually drove him to buy it even.
Going to pick my camper up from winter storage hope tomorrow.
I also have to ask what makes the 7.3L so desirable? Is it the simplicity of the motor? After doing a lot of reading on Ford diesel motors some praise the 7.3l and many call it the million mile motor. You for sure don't fine that kind of talk about the 6.0.
I paid 12 for mine here in Tulsa. 1995 F250 Powerstroke 4x4 5 speed Ext cab long bed with 138,000 miles on it. Interior and exterior are in great shape. I thought the price was a little high until I started researching prices and this was the best deal compared to other trucks. I guess the value on these trucks keep going up.

Its because its pre- emmision, and the truck sporting it is just plain bad azz
