Perfect replacement glow plug harness for $50
I made a harness a few months ago with 10 gauge wiring and those bullet connectors. I wasnt too happy with the bullet connectors they stayed on but not very tight and i've had a couple vibrate loose. So i found the 6.0L power stroke harnesses are readily available and have nice connectors and are pre made for under $50. The only thing you need to do is solder/crimp the 4 wires to a single 10 gauge and route it to your glow plug controller. The 6.0s use ZD13s which have the same .157" bullet at the top. Maybe this has already been posted but i figured i'd share it since i think its a great harness that fits with no modification. The one front connector is slightly pulled on but i think once the engine warms up the plastic wrapping will stretch a little and let it sit straight.

This harness will only fit the bullet style glow plugs. You just cut the 4 wire connector and crimp them together to a single 10 gauge wire, then connect two tow 10 gauge wires where the factory glow plug relay connects. The glow plug harness should be separate from the engine harness. I think maybe the oil pressure sensor wire runs inside of the loom but thats it

So all 4 of the colored wires on the new harness would become 1 wire? You have any more pics? The harness plug on the truck side has 8 wires in it. I have a 94 f250 idi Na that I could reference. I do have the engine side harness as well for the gps which is the blade connectors.

Spade GP's are 12 volt, bullet GP's are 6 volt. Don't try to use bullet GP's with the 6.9 controller. You either need to convert to the 7.3 controller or at the minimum find a 7.3 "Z" strap to reduce the voltage and wire them to a manual push button. Kind of a pain to convert, but well worth it. The 6.9 controllers are total junk, and when they fail it is often in the "on" position which burns up the GP's. Can also fry the wiring and swell a GP tip so it won't come out of the head.

Both systems are 12 volts running to 6 volt plugs. the bent z strap doesn't drop the voltage, I've checked that with a voltmeter on my 89, hell my controller burned up, replaced the relay, ditched the bent piece of metal, wired a momentary toggle with 8 new ZD9s, been in there for over a year, 0 issues, no burnt plugs.

Thanks on the Link to the 6.0L GP wire harness! I've broken a couple of those bullet connects on my 87 and have not come across anything to replace them. I have soldered the two pieces together... just a little tricky getting a hot iron down close into cavity areas. I came across the same new replacement harnesses for the Ford 6.0 on ebay, both sides at only $19.95, for that cost I will certainly give them a try! .... PS. It seems from pic that the wiring is somewhat smaller guage? Not sure... It states above that they switched from a 12 volt system to a 6 volt system on the 7.3. I have on a 1987 the newer GP system as used on the 7.3 in 88. Are my GP on 6 volts or 12 volts being that its a 6.9??
