We are headed to Cape Hatteras the first week of June. We love it there and visit twice a year --- June and November. Much too crowded for the in-between months. Enjoy.

July - cancelled Myrtle Beach in July for 2 weeks

Things in life happen and my health comes first. Happy camping.

I know that feeling. We cancelled 7 days in Florida between Christmas and new years this year. Wife wasn't feeling good. I was, and still am bummed about it. Out once earlier and Wellsboro, PA this weekend, then nothing planned for camping, just a baby due in August. Hopefully everybody will be in good enough shape and we can sneak in a Halloween camping trip before its time to winterize again!

Great videos. I've looked at the first two so far - the next 2 will be looked at shortly.

From your videos, looks as though I'll need to drag our little digital camera out and figure out how to use it again.

WE ARE READY!!!! (or will be by the end of the week)

Is the road to Gros Ventre still rough... Like the roughest road I've even been on. I believe my wife and I spent a night there in 2012. It is beautiful country.

Not rough at all Ryan. Everything is pretty smooth.

It was cold though. We knew we were going to be getting there early. But, 26*f was a bit chilly for 2 nights.

Here's the view out the door of our boon-dock spot. Morning and evening sun really makes the landscape change in color.

We are moving back to NC in June so we are going to make a trip of it. More than 4000 miles in about a month.

Captain, honk as you hit C-470 while you head south on I-25 through Colorado. I'll wave back.

Good luck on the trip. It looks like you're taking the easy route through Wyoming.

I got a 24-foot Kodiak travel trailer. I live out in the woods and my property borders the Wenatchee National Forest here in WA state. So there's lots to see and do out here. I'm thinking maybe going to Montana and make my way south randomly somewhere.

Not been to the Poconos to camp but it is beautiful.

Only live 35 miles South of Lake George - there is a big car show(Adirondack Nationals) there the weekend after the US Labor Day and used to be one of the shows I participated in for a few years.

Watkins Glen has a very nice KOA we have stayed at in the past. A wine country tour is not too far away and well worth the time and you can enjoy sipping NY State wines

yeah, that road to Fundy is quite rough even with the recent repave - been doing it every summer since I was a child so I guess we are suckers for punishment!

We are staying at that KOA In Watkins Glen and it looked amazing, looking forward to it, love me a good wine tour too.
