New hear
I have a question about my 86 f250 i replaced the reargas tank with a 38 g one. I moded the fuel pump and sending unit (not the best job) does any company sell one that is alread done and one morenow that i changed all of it my gas gauge will not work any ideas

1) Disconnect the wiring harness from the sending unit; with the key in ACC or RUN, ground out the wire that is for the gauge (not one of the two for the pump) and the gauge should swing to FULL - it should swing back and forth as the wire is grounded/ungrounded. If that test passes, the dash gauge & wiring are OK (dual-tank switch by the HVAC panel in the correct position?) and the problem is in the device in the tank.
