Pics of cross sill location on flareside

Hey guys I'm trying to get my bed assembled after years of it being apart . I don't have the cab and chassis right now to look at either. Can somebody show or tell me the exact location of the cross sills? I looked at the mar k site but it was kind of vague as to which set of bolts to use.

Thanks a bunch!

Mine was jacked up when I bought it, someone used 2x2 tubing for cross sills.

Best I have seen is this post but don't know if it is 100% right.

Hey thanks, yea I checked that post out. But onc I got out there and started it was kinda obvious duh uh lol. The mounting bolts obviously dictate the location of the cross sills.

Got a question for ya though, do you know what the funny looking bracket near the gas door is for? Bolted into the bed wood?

No answer was received to me when I asked that question years ago, I did not put it back in, But it would still be nice if we got an answer on this.

That is unless the people before you drilled other holes to hold on the 2x2 square tubing!

I think I know what holes are for the normal cross sills but it will be some time before I am even close to looking at the bed.

As for that bracket I don't have that on mine as I am sure the other owner(s) removed it when they tried to "fix" the bed with 2x2 sills and boards butted up to each other and warped, it was a mess!

Maybe a parts book or CD will say what it is

I have a 3 inch body lift and my truck is really tall so it gets plenty of airflow. I'm really not sure I need them , but I would hate to mess this wood up.

The front third member? That can be a pain. I swapped a solid axle into mine.
