1994 F250XL body repair question
Greetings all,
Got my hands on a low millage 1994 F250 XL truck for a mobile welding business i would like to start. it has generous rust on the floor pan and rocker panel areas and will need to be cut out and replaced. Although i am proficient in welding, i have never worked in the body repair arena.
My question is, with so much being rusted out I don't have a reference visually on what order the parts are replaced in. I have been looking online googling various searches on a visual showing what goes where and in what order to mimic the factory assembly, but i cant seem to find anything specific to cab area.
If anyone has posted on this and can point me forward, or know were to ask feel free to let me know. I suck at search engines so i might of completely overlooked the answer here.
be safe all.

Once you pull back and expose all the sheet metal you can see where the factory seams are from the inside, you can also see from bottom. However it will all be custom fitting, I have cut some sections from a donor truck, the trick is simply to go larger on the cuts from the donor than you think you will need. I found that the tricky part was the sides underneath the door mounts - kick panels, I believe I went below those hinges but not that far below. Easy part was getting the donor parts, tricky part yet to come - actually welding to my truck. It's all custom fab, so figuring as you go ....
