What size fitting for supply line on injection pump
Hey guys
I forgot to pull the fitting on the back of my injection pump before I sent it off to Justin. The fitting for the hard supply line from the fuel filter. Does anyone know what size so I can pick one up today on my lunch break?
Thanks guys

if youre running the stock steel hardline you better have a leprechaun in your back pocket.
i dont think youll find the stock fitting at your local fitting store, definitely wont find it at the auto store.
the thread is a 1/2"-20 thread, known to some as NMPT (National Machine Pipe Thread)
known to others as
NF (national fine thread).
this seals to the IP via a rubber viton o-ring.
if you want to switch to a flex line, youll need to go 1/2" NMPT x -6AN
and then a 3/8" NPT x -6AN on the filter head.
then a flex AN fitting line can be used.
some people have asked to use a rubber line inbetween.
i guess it can be done, but i prefer not to do that type of stuff.

Thanks for the great news....lol
Do you know if any places that would have those fittings? Like any local auto stores or is that something easier through online or summit or something?
Thanks

You need this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This fits the IP inlet side.
You will probably also want this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Then, just get a 1/8 NPT to hose barb adapter and you are golden.
Also note that with this setup, if you shave a little off the back corner sides of the L, you can get the IP out of the engine /with the fitting in place/. No more spilled diesel.
