The HP and torque got bumped up to for the chassis cabs from what it is now. Can't remember the numbers though.

330 and 750. Quite a bit less than the rumored 500/1000 on the pickups.

Yeah, but the trucks are measured differently. One takes hp at the crank, the other at the wheels I think.

Measuring both the same brings them closer. I know it's not the same, but it's also not as bad as it looks.

Both at the crank. The diesels are measured exactly the same at about the same rpm. The gas is measured at different rpms for each model.

Pickup is 400hp / 800ft lbs
C&C is 300 / 660
Both are rated at the same rpm's
According to the info I have.

Oops. I must have confused this with something else I've read here. Maybe it was with the International diesels we used to have (6.0 and 6.4 anyway)

Yep... 2015 and up Are 440 Hp and 860 Torque!

I though the C&C had a different Turbo's and no exhaust brake / button, and that was part of the reason the the de-tuned engine.

I was talking about the 330 hp and 750 Tq for the 2017 c&c. They released those specs in a video this week.

I spent the afternoon at dealer driving & comparing back to back.

The 140hp & 200ft lbs YES 200 MORE ft lbs in the pickup is a HUGE DIFFERENCE !!!

6.7 pickup is as big of difference as the C&C 6.7 is compared to the 6.2 gas

I think I can shine some light on this if my brother has it correct who purchased F550 for his company apparently the warranty is longer due to the reduced power output , check into that and let us know take care

My Ford Master Certified Tech says Longevity AND Emissions is exactły why the C&C trucks are DETUNED so much & have smaller turbos

The 6.7L in pickup version has INSANE POWER & pulls so much harder at half throttle on long steep pulls.
No way I'd wanna detuned C&C lol

Why not just do a pickup 350 with a box delete?

Nevermind. Just saw that was already mentioned.
