Most of my cars I keep until they are for parts, So I either have my cars or parts of them. I think I've only sold three. 1979 Lebaron Coupe to pay for wedding (it only had 20k miles on, just a year ago), a 96 Jeep Cherokee to a friend who didn't care about rust, just needed transportation in a non inspection state, and my 87 AMC Eagle I sold to a friend, for no good reason.

Slowjack,

We found a great deal on our 015 TCXLSWB and after selling our truck, we paid 14K down and was left with a mere 4k to finance.. not back for a cut rate sports car with storage room to boot.

Toaster;

Good on you. I sold my 53 Ford pickup and my 98 Explorer to get my TC down to a manageable level. And I'm very happy with my connection to the new generation of vehicles.
