I did that once with Quicrete and after mixing and pour all 42 bags decided to never do it again.

I would have ordered concrete. It was for church. We dry stacked the bags and made a wall in a colbert. Pinned them together with rebar.

Whats a colbert?
Ive mixed some with a miver that mounts on a three point hitch. Wasnt so bad since you could dump it where you need it. Still a lot of work though.

Yes, it's a culvert. I'm truly southern guys! I know what a miver is too! We didn't even mix these. Just stacked them and put some loose mix around the cracks. They will harden from moisture. Wasn't my plan, but I think it will be sufficient for what he wanted.
