Transmission finally giving up the ghost in our 2001 Expy.

Hi,

At 248k miles, the transmission seems to be finally letting go in our 2001 Ecpy.

Symptoms are strange downshifting to 1st and then back up to 2nd on coast.

So, can I get a reference to a transmission shop on Orange County, California?

ALso, your thoughts on repair/replacement cost and options?
