How do I figure out how much lift my truck has?

Measure from the wheel center vertically to the wheel arch. Doing so takes the tire height out of the equation.
If ya got about 28 inches (and then deduct three inches for the body lift), then the resulting 25 inch measurement indicates a four-inch lift.
If the truck is lifted with an add-on block in the rear, a two-inch tall block or thereabouts also indicates a four-inch lift.
