I would get a load test done on the batteries. Have it done individually. I just came up with one bad battery which was causing a no start problem for me. It was only 14 months old. I also have a battery drain in the interior light circuit or module. Haven't narrowed that down yet. Good luck

The water separator is in the fuel bowl/fuel filter. There is a yellow lever you move to open the water drain.
