Does the truck have air bags? It doesn't look like it's squatting much at all. Camper looks great!
nope, does have the over load spring blocks . the are about 2.5 " i believe. They engage the overload spring sooner than the stock pads. Nice thing about them is they do nothing when there is no weight in the back, therefore making the ride not as stiff as it might otherwise be . .
Sweet setup, Harley. Looks beautiful! How does that F450 handle that camper? The F350 is glad to have airbags for the Host Mammoth. We're pushing right up to our GVWR.

Warbird, I would say your Host Mammoth is pretty Danm impressive.
I don't need to do any suspension upgrades. I may try upper stable loads since I have them from my 2012 F350. It only dropped 2" with the camper loaded. Was up in the mountains earlier today an handled like a dream. Very stable.

Nice! Thanks for the compliment on the camper. We really enjoy it. It's the most amazing camper we've had the pleasure of owning.

Not really. These 1 ton duallies are beefy and are made to work. I always try to stay within the numbers in the book but as has been noted elsewhere in the forum, they are capable of doing quite a bit more.
Ya they are rated for it, i just get a little nervous when the frames are not one solid piece anymore, they got the front half that rivets to the back behind the engine.
