I have seen the energy suspension kits, but it seams they do not come with the steel tubes and washers like oem?

There is also the kit on bronco grave yard but it is $215...

I have used the Energy Suspension before. If you have a welder and a grinder you can make your own tubes like I did. I have good luck with them before on my 76 and would recommend them.
I also tried the Pro-thane brand kit on my 79 build and wouldn't use them again. They were 1/4" short.

 

I like that, did you leave room to kinda compress the bushing or are the tubes the same hight as the bushing?

 

I made them so they are a little shorter and compress the bushing 1/8"
