Thanks Mudbucket. They are hard to find, but I am a 78/79 newbie.Trying to finish my interior on a recently purchased redo. Nice rig, by the way. The paint job looks like the old sales ad, but 10x better...nice job.

Longlung, when you get a chance can you fill in your location info and such?
I am hopefully going this week to pick up some parts for my Bronco from a guy who parted out his Bronco. I know he had the headliner listed on CL, but I don't see it in his updated ad so I'll check with him and see if he still has it available. I'll let you know by next weekend if I get to go and he has it.
Oh Yeah, WELCOME to FTE!!

Thanks for the welcome bigzrb. I am more interested in the chrome trim than the headliner itself, but let's see what he has left. I appreciate your efforts and would love to know how much you pay per foot to dock that big rig?! As far as my info goes, I will try to figure out how to post it as I go along...do I add it to my avatar? Newbie problems...

Longlung, I got to go pick up my parts yesterday and the guy asked if I would be ok if he threw in some more Bronco parts to get rid of them.
Can't ever say no to free parts especially if one of them is a headliner and the chrome trim!
I didn't post a picture of the headliner because it's in rough shape and you said you were just after the trim. I'm guessing it all wasn't stored real well as the Florida humidity has started on it with some surface rust. I scrubbed them with a microfiber cloth and some warm soapy water and dried the pieces and this is how they turned out.

If I was going to use them I'd probably clean them with fine steel wool and paint them satin black, but I'm not sure the look you are after.

If they will work for you they are yours for just the cost of shipping. I got them free and I will gladly pass it forward to another Bronco guy. No idea what shipping will be as they are a strange size and will take a big box even though they have almost no weight. If you want the headliner thats going to make it a huge box! I can post a picture of the headliner if you are interested. Let me know what you would like to do. I was going to send you a private message until I remembered you can't PM until you get 25 posts. Unless you would like to post comments on a few more builds and threads out there to raise your numbers...

Try steel wool on them, I had a set that looked worse then that and they cleaned up really good.

THANKS bigzirb! Best news I've had all day! I had a set mailed to me not long ago, but they were too long, for a 78 f 150 I think. Any way, he shipped them in an L-shaped flat box. Just 2 pieces of cardboard @18 in x 36 in folded in half and taped together. It looked like a giant L-square ruler. It didn't bend the curve too badly. Anyway, thanks again! Let me know how you would like to proceed. I'll be busy all day tomorrow, new hub/bearing/ 4wd actuators on my F 150.....but I'll get back to you as soon as I can....

they are specific to a Bronco. Took mine out of a 78 Truck and had to cut them down to use.
