Um, depends on how nicely you want it, but basically you will need a new transmission(wrong bellhousing), motor mounts, fuel tanks/connections(you need to have a return line, not sure about the gasoline tanks), and some wiring.
IDIs are simple enough to get running electrically, but if you expect to have working gauges you will probably have to swap the entire gauge cluster/harness.

If you've got a donor truck, it shouldn't be too hard.

Would I be able to switch my bellhousing? And what about core support? Is it deep enough the the larger motor? I'm not worried about electrical. I know those 6.9 don't need much to run

Yes, you are going to want the diesel radiator and core support. Your 5 speed is not going to work. The bellhousing is integral to the main case of the transmission. You need a diesel transmission. A running donor truck is really what you need. it will almost surely be cheaper than buying the parts individually.

mounting the engine is the easy part.
you will need diesel mounting plates that bolt to the cross member.
gassers have pads that will need to be cut out.
once the correct trans is bolted to the engine, the trans cross member fits.
a diesel radiator support is needed. i do not think the gasser cooling system will work.

fuel tanks will work with the fuel pump deleted. but the switch valve is completely different.
the rear tank should be a 30+ gallon tank. i would/have convert to a single rear tank.

this swap has been done over and over again.

as posted find a donar truck.
