I opened the panel to plug in my new clock spring and found some cut wires hanging down. I don't have a wire schematic to try and look them up. It's not a trailer controller that's plugged in.
Those look like aftermarket Klingons, but the light blue wire with the red trace is dash illumination (on the dimmer). Whatever it was, it was backlit - like maybe a gauge or an illuminated rocker switch. Black is likely ground, red is likely switched +12VDC, and the blue and white wires are likely whatever the signal or control was.
The red, blue, yellow and black are customer access wires. They're not connected to anything. You'll find the other end of them under the hood on the harness that crosses over the brake booster.
