Can anyone in Central Florida give me a hand dropping my fuel tank in my L99 F350 7.3 Dually??

I do not have the means here to do it, nor do I have anyone that is not handicapped to help me.

I need to drop the tank for a few reasons really: install the DieselSite external filter kit that eliminates the screens and mixing chambers inside the tank (I have the kit)
I also want to do the hutch and harpoon mods and chisel out the restrictor in the filler neck so I can fill with BIG TRUCK nozzles.
My fuel guage does not work properly either and I'm told that installing a new pick up foot and the D/S kit will fix this as well.
I have contacted the places I use when I'm not comfortable with a repair or maintenance procedure and they have no way to lift the truck to remove the tank.
I would gladly pay someone to help do this or do the whole job for me, and I'd gladly drive a couple of hours from my home in Palm Bay, 32908 for some help-HOPEFULLY from someone that HAS experience with this.
