1977 Seat belt removal

I am trying to remove old seat belt bolts from the floor of the cab but 39 years and many miles have set them pretty tight! I have been able to remove the two inner bolts but the two bolts near the doors are proving to be much more difficult! Does anyone know the exact size of the hex needed to remove these bolts? And if there are any suggestions for breaking them free I would appreciate any help I can get!
Thanks

heat and penetrating oil sprayed on the threads. then let it sit, and apply the heat and oil again. you may have to do this 3-4 times.
