No cruise or parking lamp

Guys- I have a 2005 F150 XL plain jane pickup that I just purchased. The truck has no cruise control and what is maybe related to the no cruise, there is no power going to the two wire plug on the parking brake switch. I have checked over several items and replaced the cruise cutout switch, the foot pedal brake switch, all lamps in the third brake light and the taillights with the correct lamps. The steering wheel cruise switches were replaced and the clock spring recall was also performed a few years ago. There are no LEDs lights and nothing aftermarket plugged into the brake lighting system. It does have a trailer brake controller and a 7 pin plug at the hitch that is wired correctly and there is no corrosion there.
I have taken apart both wire tracks at the driver and passenger rockers and looked for any corrosion, broken wires and such. I have test lighted every fuse in the passenger foot well block and have power on both sides of the fuses with the key on. The cluster was taken out and I switched a known working lamp into the cruise socket.
The horn, wipers, lights and everything else works. There is no power going to the green wire with red stripe at the parking brake switch and the parking break lamp does not light on the cluster during the initial lamp check at key turn. I have tried running the self diagnostic check on the cruise by holding the OFF button while turning the key on but there is no light on in the cluster. Does Ford have the parking brake light circuit tied into the cruise? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Ok, did a little more research last night and figured out how to do a bulb check in the cluster by holding the trip stem on the cluster and turning the key on. All lights work except for the little lamp in the bottom left corner for the parking brake pedal. Is there a way to just fix that one or is it integrated into the circuit board for the cluster? I am still wondering if Ford tied the cruise into this wiring system?

There is no interaction between the BRAKE warning indicator and the Vehicle Speed Control.

Did you think to install a known good bulb in that BRAKE light position (if serviceable)?
