Well I now have no pressure at all in the cooling system, even immediately after driving it for an hour. I'm completely lost at this point and true my hope it's not front cover damage, but there's no coolant in my oil, and no white smoke from the exhaust. I'm hoping new upper and lower rad hoses and new thermostats help this issue.

If you have no pressure I would try another $6.00 cap, get one from Ford or a Stant.

The best part about this reply, is I literally just thought of this while sitting at work, I didn't start having pressure issues until I changed the cap out lol. I also used one of the cheapo o reillys house brand caps(murray) so that is most likely the issue, and would explain the heater not working correctly since the water pump needs the pressure to supply water to the impeller. Ive probably got cavitation on the front cover now since this has been going on for a week now and no pressure while driving it. Fml

Update, issue has been fixed

Thanks for all your help guys, turns out it was the cheap a$$ coolant cap I had put on there, bought one from Ford and it holds pressure now.
