Very nice stockish 55, but $47600???

On eBay a very nice, very stock 55 F100 for sale. But the Buy it Now price is $47600! Way too much!

Beautiful truck, exceptionally done, but yeah, I don't see a 6-cyl bringing anywhere near that money.

If I was going to drop 47 g's on a truck it would have to look like Jeffs' 55.

An excellent example of not being able to sell a truck for what a professional restoration costs. Just one of the many reasons I like to work on them myself.

I agree. Seems like the first thing a lot of guys do after paying for the restoration is put them up for sale.

When I was shopping for my truck, I've seen that on eBay and Craigslist. Been for sale for awhile now.

A friend has a 53 in similar condition that he was asking about 1/2 that price and could not sell it. No harm is testing the waters I guess. I think Joe has the right idea about the asking price...my wife would be a little more astute however.

I don't know what yours is worth but yours is just as nice or nicer than the one on eBay!
