Evaporate canister problems and more

So I have a 95 f150 302 auto. Maf ob1. I started out giving it a full tune up. Air fuel oil filters. Did a "6 liter" tune up. Truck ran pretty good. I'm getting a check engine light . My ob1 scanner will not Pick up codes but it will see data in the data stream. Upon checking the when fully warmed the truck shows open loops, lean and a/c on except it's not. Also my fuel trims are both at 0% . There is more, I noticed the truck would not stay in overdrive even on level ground, I do have 3.31 gears and 33" tires, but with a full tank the truck will go up small hills in over drive, I know 5.0 have no torque. After some reading I disconnect the line from the fuel tank to the vapor canister. The truck runs a lot better and cruises in overdrive without effort. I did check for codes and I believe I got a 33 and 16
