We have some great places to hike around Beavers Bend State Park as well.

 

i was there at beavers Bend two years ago, but i didn't get to venture too far from the cabin. if i go again, that's what i am really wanting to do! hike for about 3-4 hours at a time!

 

Hochatown is really booming lately, lots of new construction. The newspaper says there are over 1000 privately owned cabins in the area. Their beginning to have traffic problems and the Texans are coming up in large bunches. Broken Bow has been trying to annex Hochatown for obvious reasons but I don't think it will happen.

 

Hochatown just to the north there? I can see that!
