Spare tire carrier for a 78 F250
I got a marti report for the truck and it says it had a left hand spare tire carrier. Where exactly was it located and what did it look like? Mine is obviously missing.

It look lika dis.....okeeday? I recall it has a large and long carriage bolt and backing plate, a hub bore plate, and a large wingnut.
I'm confident Rich has a factory drawing of the complete assembly... maybe he'll chime in.

Thanks for the pic! I just figured out how to do the advanced search, and I ran across that pic. Thanks again.

Well heck, I just noticed that the carriage bolt is in the pic!!!.. down on the bed where the color is washed out by the suns' glare.
Serendipity.
