Front shock loacation/brackets

So if I have read right they came with dual front shocks?

Google it, you might have to look at a 80's or newer Bronco set up? I believe the coil spring bucket is wider and made to accept another shock.

Sorry< idid not post enough info, this is on my 77, 4x4, from what I read some of these trucks came with dual front shocks, just want to confirm this is correct.

Those are factory dual front shock brackets.

Kool Beans!! I have never seen it before mind you I have never looked or owned a old ford before either...lol

If you put them back on, I would recommend adjustables. Between my 10 plys, stupid 18s that will go away as soon as I can afford, and the new coil springs and Rancho shocks I can tell you heads or tails of a penny on the road.

So did a bunch of digging and eventually found that the 78 F150 with the dual setup has the upper Rear (I understand this to mean rear of spring tower) has the same LH and RH. D8TZ 18183-B. I will have to expect the 78 Bronco and F150 are same for this bracket. Not 100% I am reading this correct.
